Kelly is a skilled commercial and business litigator who has represented clients in all aspects of commercial disputes and complex civil litigation involving corporate law, business torts, breach of contract, professional ethics, and partnership disputes. Her experience allows her to provide clients with effective representation from pre-litigation through appeal. Kelly also has more than ten years of experience representing health care facilities, medical professionals, and other heavily regulated businesses in matters relating to licensing, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary complaints.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her family (including her ten siblings), baking, and Formula 1 racing.

- Represented a political subdivision in a dispute relating to authority to regulate firearms, obtaining judgment in client’s favor (affirmed on appeal).
- Represented survivor beneficiary in action against PERS, obtaining summary judgment in client’s favor and substantial award of benefits (affirmed on appeal).
- Represented plaintiff in legal malpractice action, resulting in favorable settlement for the client.
- Represented a health care facility in a federal false claims action, resulting in a favorable settlement for the client.
- Represented large insurance carrier in indemnification/contribution action filed by competing insurance carrier, resulting in a favorable settlement for the client.
- Jury trial of a fraud and breach of contract action regarding the sale of a golf course, resulting in favorable settlement for the client.
- Represented a political subdivision in a dispute involving alleged violations of Nevada’s Open Meeting Law and obtained dismissal of numerous claims under Nevada’s anti-SLAPP statute (appeal pending).
