Kelly is Hone Law’s Strategic Tracking Attorney, where she leads case strategy development from planning to execution. She designs and oversees the structure of each case—building the legal roadmap, scheduling analysis and motions, and ensuring the team’s time and effort align with the case’s value and complexity. From initial case overviews to leading the burden of proof framework, Kelly is the strategic core keeping litigation efforts focused and efficient. Kelly’s litigation design work has been crucial to the firm being ranked by Chambers USA and recognized as a Tier 1 Commercial Litigation firm by Best Law Firms®.
In addition to her extensive litigation and appellate experience, Kelly has also represented health care providers, medical professionals, cannabis licensees, and clients in other highly regulated industries before administrative agencies in matters relating to licensing, regulatory compliance, and disciplinary complaints.
Her background includes trial wins, favorable settlements, and appellate victories on issues ranging from corporate governance to constitutional law. She has been repeatedly recognized by Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers, and Benchmark Litigation for her sharp legal acumen and advocacy
