Katrina Hone is the Director of Operations at Hone Law, where she leads with clarity, strategy, and a deep understanding of how systems and people interact. From financial planning and team capacity management to human resources, marketing, and IT oversight, Katrina is responsible for ensuring that every part of the business runs in alignment with the firm’s values and long-term vision. Her work centers on building infrastructure that sustains a high-performing, people-first legal practice.
Having spent 20 years focused on her speech-language pathology practice, Katrina brings extensive experience in healthcare, leadership, and communication science to her role in the legal field. This unconventional path gives her a rare advantage—she approaches legal operations with a fresh perspective, unbound by outdated industry norms. She is passionate about behavioral economics, team-based leadership models, and finding scalable solutions that actually work in the real world
