As a Brief Writer for Hone Law, Jamie Zimmerman develops the written arguments that shape the outcome of complex litigation. She prepares critical work product including motions, settlement briefs, and trial outlines—ensuring each case is grounded in a strong legal framework and narrative that presents the most persuasive storyline for the client.
Jamie has litigated business, employment, and intellectual property disputes at the trial level and on appeal for more than a decade. But it is her ability to write with clarity and impact that truly sets her apart. Her legal writing is not just technically excellent—it is strategic, creative, and designed to win. She also provides essential guidance to the trial team, helping craft compelling trial themes, witness outlines, and evidence presentation.
Jamie joined Hone Law in 2018. Her compelling storytelling has played a key role in the firm achieving numerous successful client outcomes, as well as being ranked by Chambers USA and recognized as a Tier 1 Commercial Litigation firm by Best Law Firms®.
