Holly serves as a Discovery Attorney at Hone Law, where she transforms evidence into clear narratives that help tell compelling client stories. With an eye for detail, Holly assists with forming efficient discovery strategies for clients. This includes managing the flow of discovery in each case, from written discovery and deposition preparation to admissibility analysis and trial strategy support. She is an essential force in ensuring that discovery work product is precise, persuasive, and tells a winning story for the clients.
Before joining Hone Law, Holly was a litigator with Ballard Spahr LLP, where she defended financial institutions and timeshare developers in complex litigation, including trials and arbitrations.
Outside the office, Holly is an avid mountaineer, mountain biker, and trail builder—pursuits that reflect the same traits she brings to her legal work: endurance, precision, and a willingness to take the hard path when it’s the right one. Whether navigating steep trails or complex discovery issues, she approaches each challenge with grit, focus, and a deep respect for the terrain ahead.
A graduate of UNLV’s Boyd School of Law, Holly is admitted in Nevada, Washington and multiple federal jurisdictions. As the oldest of eight children and a first-generation college graduate, she’s a tenacious problem solver who knows what it means to lead from the front—on the trail, in business, and in the courtroom.
