Alexis Williams

Alexis Williams brings precision, empathy, and a genuine drive to help people through difficult moments to her role as Litigation Operations Paralegal at Hone Law. She supports the litigation team with case and project management, screens potential new client inquiries, and works with the team to continually refine how the firm operates. Always asking not just how things are done, but why, and how they can be done better.

Before joining Hone Law, Alexis served as a Senior Litigation Paralegal at a prior firm, where she earned recognition for her depth of experience managing complex litigation matters and worked closely with leadership to improve support staff culture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice with a Law and Justice Specialization and a minor in Philosophy from the University of Nevada, Reno, along with a Paralegal Certification and licensure as a Notary Public.

Outside the office, Alexis is rarely without a project, whether she’s baking a fresh batch of bagels, crocheting, or hiking (ideally while staying on the marked trail). She volunteers with Breakthrough T1D Nevada and participates annually in the Andale 5K to support access to law school for the Latino community. Curious, warm, and endlessly up for a new challenge, Alexis brings the same care to her colleagues and clients that she brings to everything else in her life.
