Cannabis operator challenges with Nevada's state licensing

Hone Law defended a licensed cannabis operator against widespread challenges to Nevada’s state licensing process. After extensive hearings and trial (including a weeks’ long preliminary injunction hearing, followed by a months’ long business court trial), Hone Law secured a judgment preserving the client’s licenses and validating the state’s regulatory process. Hone Law secured a post-trial award of costs for its client. Both the substantive judgment and cost award were upheld by the Nevada Supreme Court.
