Eric Hone

Eric Hone is a trial lawyer and co-founder of Hone Law, a litigation firm recognized for its trial-first approach to complex, high-stakes disputes. Since co-founding the firm in 2018, Eric has helped build one of Nevada’s premier litigation practices by combining courtroom experience, strategic advocacy, and a modern, data-driven approach to litigation. Eric regularly handles complex business disputes involving construction, franchise, intellectual property, trade secret and non-compete, alter ego and successor liability, director and officer liability, defamation/business disparagement, privileged licensing, and sports and entertainment issues. He has extensive experience trying cases, arbitrating disputes, prevailing on dispositive motions, and resolving matters efficiently before trial.

Away from the courtroom, Eric enjoys time with his family, bicycles, dog (Trajan), and desert tortoise (Milo). When not focused on a trial, arbitration, or evidentiary hearing, Eric channels his competitive spirit into endurance cycling, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
